CreaTuCV is a service that lets you create CVs, improve them with the help of artificial intelligence and export them to PDF.
Access is through a link sent to your email. You are responsible for the security of your inbox. You must be of legal age or have the consent of your parents or guardians.
What we charge for is the tailoring: analysing a job offer with artificial intelligence and tailoring your CV to it. Your first tailoring is free. After that, they are bought individually (€1.49) or in packs of 5 (€3.99) and 10 (€6.99), VAT included where applicable, always as a one-off payment with no subscription.
Tailorings do not expire. Creating, editing and downloading CVs by hand, without artificial intelligence, is free. We issue an invoice for every payment.
Before paying you must tick a box acknowledging that digital content is delivered immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal for the tailorings you use. Without that box the purchase cannot be completed.
Consequently: tailorings already used are not refunded, because the service has been provided. Unused ones are, within 14 calendar days of the purchase: write to us and we will refund the proportional amount.
If a tailoring fails because of an error on our side, the credit is returned to your account automatically and you do not need to claim anything. If the service does not work as described here, write to hola@creatucv.ai and we will sort it out.
The AI features generate text suggestions. The result may contain errors or inaccuracies: always review it before using it. We do not guarantee any outcome in recruitment processes.
The content you enter and the CVs you generate are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them to you within the service.
Do not use the service to enter third-party data without permission or unlawful content, or to try to breach its security or overload it.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits. Nothing above limits the rights that consumer protection law grants you.
We may update these terms with reasonable prior notice. The laws of Spain apply and, for consumers, the courts of their place of residence.
